Another awsome Tin roof restoration done by the team at Nxtgen Roofing and Full Gutter and Downpipe replacement done by Rising Carpentry & Roofing PTY LTD. I must say this one looks like a brand new colorbond roof has been installed!

* Old Gutters and Downpipes were removed and replaced with brand new in colorbond "Dover White"

TIN ROOF RESTORATION INCLUDED

* all roofing screws were removed and replaced with new.
* made sure the roof was water tight by sealing all roof penetrations
* pressure washed off years of dirt build up
* Applied MX Metal roof primer
* Followed by Dulux Roof Membrane in "Dover White" to match the gutters and downpipes.

This one was in need of some "tender loving care"

We carried out a Full roof maintenance followed by a
Pressure clean to get rid of that moss and dirt and to bring back the beauty of the natural tile,
and a full Roof Repoint to match the tiles 👌

Second Roof Restoration done for the week 👊

*This one had 2 downpipes replaced plus the front gutters replaced

*full roof maintenance ready for winter plus removal of the old hot water system

*gutters and roof cleaned, full roof repoint and finished off with prime and paint in Monument to match gutters and downpipes.

Another Full Roof Restoration done

* clean and clear roof and gutters
* Removed and replaced all damaged tiles (supplied and installed by the Nxtgen team
* Removed old antenna and replaced with tiles
* Re-lip all valley trays
* made sure all open roof penetrations are sealed and water tight.
* full roof pressure clean
* Full Roof repoint
* Prime and Paint in Dulux Charcoal Grey 👌🩶
