Busselton Bitumen & Civil is a family-owned civil construction business looking for an experienced Final Trim Posi Track Operator to join our team.
We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment where operators are respected, valued, and part of the family.
Our projects range from large-scale civil works to private driveways, offering a diverse and consistent workload.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating Posi Track / Skid Steer for final trim work
- Preparing surfaces to final levels and specifications
- Reading and interpreting construction and civil plans
- Working across civil infrastructure and private projects
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with supervisors and the site team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in final trim applications
- Ability to read construction plans
- Strong understanding of grading and finishing
- High attention to detail & commitment to safe work practices
- White Card & Driver’s Licence required
