WE ARE HIRING!!

We are looking for an experienced HR truck and Moffett operator.

You will be transporting our scaffold from yard and site.
Most loads will be crane or fork unload on site, but you will also occasionally use the Moffett to self load.

Great rate of pay with work generally in Brisbane and Gold Coast.

Immediate start.

This week we are celebrating NAIDOC Week 2026, themed “50 Years of Deadly”, 50 years of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices, culture and community leading the way.

At Moort Head Office, the team come together for a BBQ to celebrate. Good food, good conversation and a moment to reflect on the history, resilience and achievements that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people have carried for generations.

Contracts Administrator

📍 2/27 Hutchinson Street, Burleigh Heads, Full-Time Position.

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join the team here at Moort. You'll play a key role in keeping our scaffolding and other projects commercially on track while also pitching in with the day-to-day running of the office.

What you'll be doing:

Preparing and submitting progress claims across multiple projects.
Managing invoicing and following up on payments.
Tracking variations and maintaining contract and project records.
Liaising with site teams and clients to keep everything moving.
General office administration and supporting the wider team.

What we're looking for:

Experience in a contracts, project admin, or similar role — construction or trades background are a bonus.
Solid understanding of progress claims and invoicing.
Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple priorities.
A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves when needed.

🏗️ A significant milestone on site this week at Sophia by Mosaic Property Group with a 15 meter 610 UB craned into position to carry the full load of the perimeter scaffold as the building continues to climb.

What makes this lift particularly important is the sequencing it unlocks. By getting this beam in place, the team can continue progressing the pool shell and groundworks simultaneously without any interruption to the program above. On a project of this scale and complexity, that kind of forward planning is what manages a well-run site, and it’s something the team here takes seriously at every stage of the build.

Watching a 15 metre beam swing through the air and land precisely where it needs to be is one of those moments that reminds you just how much skill, coordination and trust goes into every single lift on a project like this. The crew executed it with precision, contributing to another day of solid progress on what is shaping up to be a truly outstanding development.
