The boys have been back onsite, and there’s been plenty happening since our last update!

The roof is on, the structure is coming together and this one is starting to look like the home we’ve had in mind from day one.

More to come from Sunrise!

La Spezia, in the details.

A collection of interior moments from this French Provincial home, where soft textures, timeless finishes and thoughtful details come together.

From the movement through each space to the smaller details that make the home feel lived in, every element was considered to create something warm, refined and completely timeless.

The best homes aren’t just beautiful, they feel right. ✨

From the way a space flows to the materials, finishes and details that bring it together, every decision should reflect how you actually live.

At Davey Constructions, we work closely with our clients from design through to completion to create homes that are considered, functional and personal.

Your home should feel like you.

It’s all coming together at Nancol.

The landscaping is taking shape outside, while the interior finishes are bringing the vision to life inside.

Natural textures, lush greenery and considered details, all designed around that relaxed Tallebudgera lifestyle.

Beautiful homes should work beautifully too.

On the Gold Coast, good design means considering more than how a home looks. From natural light and prevailing breezes to outdoor living, landscaping and material selection, every element should respond to the environment.

It’s about creating homes that feel connected to where they belong.

Nancol | Tallebudgera

So close to completion, with the final touches bringing this home together.

Designed to sit beautifully within its valley surroundings, Nancol is a considered balance of architecture, natural materials and connection to the landscape.

One of those projects where the setting does a lot of the talking.

The difference between a beautiful home and a truly considered home often comes down to the finishes.

Natural stone, warm timber, textured details, statement lighting and custom joinery are just a few ways to create a home that feels elevated without feeling overdone.

The entrance sets the tone.
It’s the first moment you experience a home, a warm welcome, a glimpse of what’s beyond, and a reflection of the design that follows.
