Now, this is one for the books. Not only did our clients want a warm, comfortable home, but they were looking to transform how the home felt and functioned—with year-round comfort at the centre of it.

Our team successfully delivered a new master wing extension, complete with its own ensuite and private deck (...a true retreat within the home!).

🏨 COMMERCIAL SITE MANAGER
We have an exciting project coming up in Bungendore! Lead the daily operations of one site, one programme, and one team for the project timeline—with a key role in managing subcontractors and upholding the Megham standard.

🏡 RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
As the ceiling for on-site delivery of our residential builds, this full-time role manages the day-to-day operations of our teams and sites across Canberra and the Monaro Region.

Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors, hold the standard for Megham quality, keep every build on programme, and work alongside our Project Manager to keep every job on time and within budget.

One of the important parts of Pi's Cottage was using Australian hardwood timbers, which have been a key feature of the barn doors from last year's project. Now, we're using the same material for the exterior pergola—ensuring a seamless flow between the two. 🪵
