With great site access, we imported 15 tonnes of road base to bring the area up to level, creating a solid foundation built to last.

Over three days, we completed just under 200m² of quality concrete work, including:
• A brand-new driveway
• A patio extension ready for future tiling
• A featured exposed aggregate step
• A large retaining wall to tie the entire project together

Today we finished this impressive 8m x 11.5m motorhome pad in South Kolan.

With the site starting at just 100mm deep and sloping down to approximately 600mm, careful preparation and attention to detail were key to achieving the finished result.

This was a rewarding two-day project, and we’re proud of what the team accomplished.

The final stages of this impressive 200m²+ concrete transformation around this iconic Queenslander are now complete.

This project included:
• Staircase landing and pathway
• A practical side pathway to eliminate awkward mowing and improve water flow away from the house
• A wide 3.5m x almost 30m driveway
• A front concrete plinth, making it easy to whipper snip against while helping keep those furry family members safely inside.
• Communication with council to organise, install and lift the sewer lid.

The project also involved stormwater connections, which we extended to the roadside kerb, along with the removal of the existing concrete before construction began.

We’re incredibly proud to walk away from this one. It’s another practical, long-lasting solution that will add value and functionality to the property for years to come.
