Big milestone for our man Lachlan! 👏🔨

A huge congratulations to Lachlan on officially completing his Carpentry Apprenticeship and becoming a qualified carpenter! 🎉

It’s been great watching him develop his skills, put in the hard yards and grow into the tradesman he is today. We’re excited to now support him through his Cert IV to develop his skills even further.

Congratulations Lachlan — you’ve earned it! 👏🍻

A little look back at our R U OK? Day BBQ last week 💛

A few laughs, some good food and, most importantly, a reminder to check in with the people around us — not just on R U OK? Day, but every day.

A big thank you to the legends at totaltoolsaustralia for putting on the BBQ and helping bring everyone together. 🌭💛

Ask. Listen. Encourage action. Check in.

Today is R U OK? Day 💛

It’s a good reminder that sometimes the most important thing we can do is simply check in.

Whether it’s a mate, a workmate or someone who just seems a little quieter than usual — ask the question, take the time to listen, and let them know you’re there.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes a conversation is enough to make a difference.

Look out for your mates. 💛

Proud to see the Carlyle Gardens expansion officially complete! 🏡

It’s been a fantastic project for the JRZ Built team to be part of, delivering 38 new villas alongside the wider improvements throughout the village.

A great result for the Carlyle Gardens community, and a huge thank you and congratulations to everyone involved who worked together to bring it all to life. 👏

Another beautiful home officially handed over 🏡

We love how this one came together — from the striking dark kitchen and stone finishes through to the full-height bathroom tiling and warm timber details.

A beautiful result with plenty of thoughtful touches throughout.

Wishing the new homeowners all the very best as they settle into their new home. 🖤

A splash of yellow for a cause that means so much 💛🌼

We were proud to spend Daffodil Day alongside the Ingenia Lifestyle team, helping raise awareness and support the incredible work of Cancer Council.

There were plenty of smiles, a few brave souls taking the plunge, and most importantly, a community coming together for a cause that touches so many of us.

A wonderful day with a wonderful team — thank you Ingenia for having us involved. 💛
