If you want steady local work, flexible days, and a team that actually has your back, this is the job.

🛠 The Work You’ll Be Doing

✔ General property maintenance
✔ Carpentry repairs
✔ Bathroom & kitchen fixes
✔ Doors, locks, screens & cabinetry
✔ Fencing & external works
✔ Small reno projects

Plenty of variety, you won’t be stuck doing the same thing every day.

👷 What We’re Looking For

• Someone reliable and experienced
• Takes pride in solid, clean workmanship
• Good with clients and easy to deal with
• Carpentry/building background preferred
• Must have own tools + vehicle

Possums seem to be making themselves very comfortable around Bundy lately, a little too comfortable in some of our tenants’ homes!

Last week we patched up a hole in a roof that this cheeky little visitor created while trying to move in.

The possum seemed determined to quality‑check our work and even managed to damage the patch a couple of times during the repair. After a battle of persistence, it finally gave up… and the repair won.

Another job sorted by the BHPM team. 🔨

Here's a recent 3m x 3m garden shed installation completed from start to finish.

✅ Site set out and prepared
✅ Timber formwork installed
✅ Moisture barrier, reinforcing mesh & mesh chairs fitted
✅ Concrete slab poured and finished with a durable broom finish
✅ 3m x 3m garden shed assembled and securely installed

On Friday, Adrian and Jason attended a property to replace three severely rusted awning posts that were posing a structural risk. The team removed the damaged steel posts, installed new 90x90 posts with welded base plates, fitted new patio beams and end caps, and secured everything with post‑to‑beam connectors and dynabolts.

The structure is now safely supported with brand‑new components, improving stability and ensuring long‑term durability.

Another solid job done by the team! 💪🔧
