So this project has been going great!
From demolition through getting a slab doing early this week!
My client is wrapped and its full steam ahead with his build.
This block is at about 1013sqm which is a common block size which is in the process of being subdivided into 3 x block, as well as building on the front block.
This will give the client a brand new house and a couple of blocks to either sell or build on down the track!

Anyone keen for a Rentbusters House and Land Package in Capel Western Australia? We have 3 x only available in sleepy Capel. Capel is situated between Bunbury (29kms) and Busselton (25kms). Easy access to either major centre.

It was amazing to bring this all together and had the driveway completed last week which was the final stage of the subdivision. We are likely to be 6 weeks until we recieve the titles.

What a transformation from an overgrown block in Capel to 3 x blocks ranging from 390sqm at the front and 478sqm and the bigger back one at 639sqm.

We have these blocks exclusively and have put 3 x House and Land packages together from $700000. Building exclusively through Rentbusters. We have designed a nice starter 3 x 2 home design as seen in the pictures for the budget minded clientele.

These will suit the First Home Buyers market, also they will suit, Downsizers, FIFO Workers and not forgetting the Investors.

They practically back onto the Capel Primary School which is a 200 metre stroll along the pathway and literally 700 metres walk to the town centre of Capel!

Hey folks, this is a short video of the 3 x lots I have exclusively in Capel. We have packaged them up with neat 3 x 2's with the Capel aprimary school just over the back as you will see in the end of the video. The concrete driveway goes in next week and then will be chasing the titles through WAPC for completion!
