🚽 A small leak can be a sign of a much bigger problem!

Our customer noticed a leak around their toilet and called us out to investigate. After removing the toilet, we found the original installation hadn’t been done correctly.

✅ Removed the toilet
✅ Replaced the incorrectly installed pipework
✅ Installed a new pan rubber
✅ Reinstalled the toilet properly, ensuring everything was sealed and working as it should.

Unfortunately, we see this more often than you’d think. Poor workmanship can lead to leaks, water damage, and costly repairs down the track.

⚠️ Remember: Always make sure the person carrying out your plumbing work is properly licensed and has the experience to do the job right the first time. A cheap job today can quickly become an expensive repair.
