🎨 Choose the Benchtop While You Can Still See the Tiles Beside It 🎨

Selections become harder when they are made months apart and from memory.

A tile chosen early may look completely different beside a benchtop selected three or four months later than you remembered it.

Putting the finishes and colours together before the build begins gives every decision context and helps reduce the need to revisit choices once trades are already working on site.

It also means fewer unanswered questions interrupting the construction program later.

For an investor, getting those decisions settled early can make the path from contract to completed, income-producing property much clearer.

Most investors are understandably eager to see activity on their block.

The bank is moving, settlement is happening and every extra week can feel like time lost. Yet the date that ultimately shapes the return is the one at the other end of the build.

How quickly can the project get from site start to completion?

Spending a little more time resolving decisions before construction can help the build move with fewer interruptions once work begins.

For an investment property earning around $1,500 a week, the difference between finishing in six months and drifting into seven or eight has a very real dollar value.
