Under-house ground instability can become a significant issue, particularly during severe weather events. Jemna addressed this by installing effective drainage and applying a specialised shotcrete (pneumatically sprayed concrete) mix beneath the home, helping to stabilise the ground and provide the homeowner with greater structural security. Our Director Ben Ferri attended the EFNARC certification program to renew his trainer licence at Hagerbach ,Switzerland

EFNARC is the Authoritative Voice of Contractors, Manufacturers, Raw Material Suppliers and Consultants in the Specialised Construction and Concrete Systems Industry.

This facility includes classrooms, working shotcrete machinery and testing laboratories as well as a full functioning restaurant and bar, a conference room alongside a shooting range up to 5 klm underground.

Jemna is currently in Switzerland renewing our EFNARC examiner certification.

This allows Jemna to train and certify our Australian Shotcreters to a worldwide standard that is now a requirement for most of Australia's major Tunnels and Mines.

The scenery isn't too bad either!

This property had a open cut wall next to a donga/cabin that needed to be stabilised and a concrete driveway to match in with their current one.

After alot of excavation, a shotcrete coloured wall was sprayed including drainage. Geofabric was placed on the other side of the building to stop erosion and allow the client to bark and plant.
What a difference.
