⚡️𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐒𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐄𝐒⚡️
We’re proud to officially welcome our two newest 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 - 𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐲𝐧 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐲, who both signed their training contracts yesterday!

𝐀𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐲𝐧 joined us back in February as a labourer and has been an asset on-site ever since, showing great commitment, growth and drive to take the next step in his career.

𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐞 first joined us while undertaking a 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥-𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝟏𝟎 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲𝐚𝐦𝐚 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥, where he quickly demonstrated a maturity and ability to succeed within the trade well beyond his years.

✅ Responding to emails and customer queries
💻 Performing data entry with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Handling general office tasks

🔹Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role is a plus

💡 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐔𝐏 💪

The amazing teams at 𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞, 𝐌𝐁𝐄 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 & 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 worked around the clock over the weekend, safely removing temporary generators and getting schools and businesses 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐲 back onto mains power 🔌.

Check out the yard, getting loaded with generators ready to head back to their home base! 🚛 And don’t miss MBElectrical's resident 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐟, 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐠 in front of the 𝐁𝐇𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞 truck 😆📸.

With a 🥵 𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐓𝐓𝐓 🔥𝟰𝟭°𝗖 💦hitting Broken Hill Wednesday, backup generators at our local schools were working 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 – and feeling the heat! 🔥 A few genies tripped under the load, but the 𝐌𝐁𝐄 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 sprang into action, answering every call to keep classrooms cool and classes and exams rolling. 🎒⚡

⚡️❄️ 𝐓𝐎𝐎 𝐂𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐅𝐎𝐑 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋𝐒⚡️❄️

What a massive week it’s been! Yesterday, 𝐌𝐁𝐄lectrical teamed up with our mates at 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞 and 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 to make sure all our local schools are safely powered with backup generators. 🏫🔌 We’re 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐧 and the 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 so our kids can stay comfortable and focused, no matter what!

The kids at the schools had a blast watching the Lawrence Engineering 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 and seeing the 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐤𝐕𝐀 𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 being moved into place! They were full of curiosity and asked loads of questions—maybe we’ve got some future 𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐞𝐬 in the making! ⚡👷‍♂️

Earlier in the week, we also made sure 𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐄𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐭🥩, 𝐁𝐇 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝🛒, and the 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥🏛️ were hooked up—just to name a few 🛍️ No matter where you are in town, we’ve been hard at work 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐮𝐩.

A huge shoutout to 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐞 and 𝐋𝐚𝐰𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 for jumping in today and making it all happen! And of course, 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 for their hard work and dedication. We couldn’t do it without you! 👏🙌
