We are currently seeking for a Pump Technician to join our solar pump sales and installation business based in Broken Hill.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is mechanically minded, enjoys working outdoors and is keen to see more of the country. The work will take you throughout the Western Division of NSW, South-West Queensland and parts of South Australia.

What we offer:
• On-the-job training
• Full-time or casual position – attractive rates negotiated with the successful applicant
• Variety of work and the opportunity to work in remote locations
• Opportunity to develop skills in solar pumping and stock water systems

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the preparation, installation and maintenance of solar pump systems
• Servicing and maintaining plant and equipment
• Working efficiently and safely in remote locations
• General workshop and field duties

What we’re looking for:
• Experience with stock watering systems – desired but not essential
• Mechanically minded and practical
• Current driver’s licence – essential
• Willingness to travel long distances and occasionally stay away overnight
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Integrity, punctuality and reliability are a must
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a team

We are currently seeking an offsider for our solar pump sales and installation business based in Broken Hill. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, an interest in working in remote areas and enjoy the outdoors. Great way to explore the western division, SW QLD and parts of SA.
On the job training casual hourly rate and potential of full time negotiated with the successful candidate.

Responsibilities include:
• Assistance in preparing, installing and maintaining solar pump systems.
• While this role does not require particularly heavy lifting it does require the fitness and endurance to get the job done efficiently.
• Maintenance of plant and equipment.
This role has the following requirements:
• Experience with stock watering systems desired but not essential.
• Mechanically minded applicants desired.
• Current driver’s license essential.
• Willingness to travel long distances and spend the occasional night out of town
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Integrity, punctuality & reliability are a must.
