This flyover patio in Bathurst, added to an existing brick home by Hitech Verandas Patios Sheds ties in over the existing roof line without disturbing what's already there. Monolith (Colorbond® Monument®) on top, with Hamptons White (Colorbond® Dover White™) underneath and through the frame.

A flyover design lets the new patio sit above the existing roof rather than tying directly into it, which keeps the build simpler on an established home. Running Hamptons White through both the ceiling, flyover roof brackets, and the frame keeps the underside light and consistent against the brick.

This gable patio in Bathurst, built by HiTech Verandas Patios Sheds, shows how single skin roofing can sit cleanly against a traditional brick home. Monolith (Colorbond® Monument®) on top and Hamptons White (Colorbond® Dover White™) underneath, with the frame running in Monolith to match.

Keeping the frame the same colour as the roof lets the gable read as one clean structure rather than two elements competing against the brick behind it. The Hamptons White underside keeps the ceiling looking finished and bright.

Not every roof we build sits over a backyard. This commercial project delivered a new insulated roof for the endangered species frog conservation facility at Tidbinbilla Nature Reserve ACT Parks and Conservation Service in the ACT, protecting work that genuinely matters.

Off White is often where builders land when a client wants a true white without it reading stark against timber or natural stone. It's a warm white, not a cool one, which means it sits comfortably alongside the full range of greys and against pale timbers and stone rather than fighting them for attention.

We supply it on insulated panel top and underside, beams, posts, and gutters, plus marine-grade insulated top, underside, and beams, so the whole roofline and its trim can be specified in the one colour without mismatched components turning up on site.

Most people know us for insulated panels and single skin roofing. What they don't always know is that we manufacture the beams and gutters in house as well, and supply everything else a project needs to get from delivery to done.

Six people across our factory and office team have become accredited Mental Health First Aiders. They're trained to notice when someone might be struggling, start a conversation without it feeling forced, and know where to point someone if that conversation needs more support than a chat can give.

Not every project is a residential patio. This commercial job is a new insulated roof for an endangered species frog farm at Tidbindilla Nature Reserve in the ACT, built by Lifespan Building Group.

Around 100 square metres of 75mm Trimlink insulated panel, Monolith (Colorbond Monument) top with Hamptons White (Colorbond Dover White) underside and integrated downlights. The same material that goes on a backyard patio doing the job on a conservation facility in a national park.

Clients who want warmth in their colour specification without going too dark often end up considering Jasmin Brown. It's an earthy grey-brown that sits comfortably alongside blonde timbers and contemporary colour schemes, and reads as a softer, more natural tone than a straight grey or near-black.

The Colorbond equivalent is Jasper, which makes it easy to cross-reference if a client is already working from a Colorbond palette.
