For projects that require an extra wow-factor, rather than a standard white ceiling, Apollo Roofing Solutions offers two UniCote LUX woodgrain-look options for the ceiling of our insulated panel.

Maple is one of the two timber grain options, and it's a popular one. This UniCote LUX Signature finish is warm, honey-toned, and looks convincingly close to real timber without any of the upkeep timber has. The steel performs the same as any other insulated panel we manufacture, the difference is purely in how it looks from underneath.

If you've got a project where the ceiling finish matters, it's worth knowing this option exists.

We have one of the largest ranges of insulated panel colours available in the market, meaning you can easily match your customer's requirements.

Our insulated panel range is available in 20 top-side colours and 3 under-side colours, plus two timber grain under-side options - Maple and Ashwood - for a natural look on the ceiling.

For components, beams come in 7 colours, posts in 6, and gutters are available to match across the full standard roofing range. If a project calls for something outside post colours our standard range, we offer a custom powder coating service for these.

For coastal and waterside projects, manufactured with Unicote Coastal, we offer insulated panels with three colours on top-side and two on the under-side; and single skin Outdoor Flat MkII in two colour options.

PLUS we facilitate specific colours if required for a project of scale.

Our new beam machine has arrived at Parkinson and will add capacity and a broader range to what we produce and offer.

In the coming weeks, we will share more details on the new beam sizes and colours that will be available to customers. In the meantime we're excited to have it here and setting it up to provide more options to our resellers, and the contractors and builders we work with.

This is about a week's worth of EPS foam core, delivered by truck from our partners at Polyfoam and ready to go through the insulated panel line.

Over the last five months, on average we've run just over linear 2km every week through our insulated panel machine - our biggest week so far was linear 3.6km! Our capacity just keeps growing and growing.

Our Parkinson facility covers 3,000 square metres of factory floor, with 19 people working on the floor, in addition to the 14 staff located in the office space.

For a outdoor roofing manufacturer, that is a meaningful footprint. It gives us the capacity to run custom orders at volume, maintain consistent turnaround times, and keep supply reliable for all the contractors and builders we work with.

Coastal and waterside environments create conditions that standard steel simply isn't designed for. Salt spray and high humidity accelerate corrosion on exposed surfaces, but the bigger risk is often the areas that never see rain - anywhere salt can accumulate undisturbed.

UniCote Coastal steel addresses this with a metallic coating 30% thicker than standard, combined with a multi-layer primer and topcoat system engineered specifically for marine and waterside conditions. The unique magnesium coating extends to cut edges, and the paint technology is formulated to resist UV, physical wear, and corrosion simultaneously rather than treating them as separate problems.

We manufacture using UniCote Coastal across our insulated panels, single skin roofing, and beams and recommend it for any project within 1km of the coast or any body of water - ocean, river, lake, or pool. Site-specific warranties apply based on environment and distance from water.

You know we make insulated panel and single skin roofing, but did you know we can supply everything else a project needs too?

We manufacture beams in 140 x 50 and 170 x 75, and gutters in two profiles with coloured round and rectangle downpipes - all available in a wide range of colours to suit the project. We also supply posts in aluminium and steel across a range of sizes, and stock: brackets, hardware, skylight panels, fixed aluminium louvres, slats, decorative screens, dimmable and smart LED downlights, and the fixings, silicone, and infills to go with all of it.

The idea is straightforward - one supplier, one order, everything delivered to site ready to install.

These panels went to our friends Pacific Patios, Decks & Carports on the Gold Coast - at 11.5 metres long and 200mm thick, they're close to our maximum production length of 12.5 metres.

Pacific Patios have been building with Apollo panels for a long time, and it's always good to see jobs like this leave the factory.
