Water coming through the ceiling of the unit below led to this . After a lot of investigation using thermal imaging and cameras we found a cracked 100mm sewer in the cavity behind the bath with no access.
This was also servicing several other units / floors above . Tiles & fire bricks were removed to make a necessary repairs. Ready for other trades to attend.

LOW WATER PRESSURE - From a buried Pressure reducing valve , rusted out galvanised mains and blocked hot water outlet . This home at Mt Gravatt had it all. Took some trial and error but got everything repaired with a very happy tenant .

Mammoth job completed at Coorparoo -
20+ meter French drain to redirect massive run off from neighbouring properties .
Poor access,Boulders , conveyor belts, 8 cubes of gravel and 4 days of hard labour went into this job. Recent rains are now all redirected to the main council gutter below 👏👏. Thanks for the assist

The client had turned the water off last night after there was a constant leak dripping below , quick pressure test and investigation of taps revealed leaking spindles which were leaking in behind tap bodies and to below .
Quick tap service , re seal and re test . All good 🤙
