What a great event. We loved shaping and building the Fresh Produce precinct at the Metcash Food Expo... though must confess we’re still recovering from the urge to snack on everything in sight! A week on and the colour and creativity are still fresh in our minds.

The ACE Conference has come full circle, returning to Brisbane in 2026. We’re celebrating a 2019 throwback — when AuSAE’s Toni Brearley and Outstanding Displays’ Belinda Meredith boldly reinvented exhibition design with sleek black infrastructure, open layouts and zero banners. Their creative partnership continues to push boundaries, and this build remains one of our all‑time favourites!

Happy World Environment Day from Team Green at Outstanding Displays 🌿💚

Sustainability isn’t a trend for us — it’s who we’ve been since 2013. And today’s the perfect day to celebrate the impact we’ve created together.

Here’s what Team Green has been up to:
• 5,300+ trees planted with Reforest
• 6.2 hectares of land restored
• 500+ extra trees through our annual Tree Planting Day
• Fabric signage made from recycled plastic bottles — over 130,000,000 bottles given new life
• Exhibition fascias printed on eco‑friendly cardboard and paper, diverting 2,157m³ from landfill each year
• Proud supporters of Clean Up Australia Day

At Outstanding Displays, we love this industry because exhibitions bring people together, spark real conversations, and help businesses (and whole communities) grow. Good design makes those moments even better — and that’s exactly what this new booth is all about.

We’re planting trees again — because real impact starts with getting our hands dirty.

This coming Monday Team Green will be hosting our annual tree planting event to support the Lota wetlands and local wildlife.

Trees restore ecosystems, boost biodiversity, and create something lasting — and that matters in an industry built on temporary structures.

To make this happen we’re teaming with Luke McWilliams through Brisbane City Council projects, along with Geckoes Wildlife joining us to share how this work supports our local habitats. Some of our partners and stakeholders will be there too, because sustainability works best when we do it together.
