his is why we take all the time you need to ensure that you understand exactly what is included in your contract and that you feel comfortable with all the decisions you make. We ensure that all your specifications are discussed thoroughly and with utmost respect for your decision making. All contacts with us are usually directly with either Matthew or Michael, so there is no middle man to give you the ‘run around’, when the question is too hard! With their extensive experience, your questions should be answered on the first call. No matter how silly you think your questions may be, Matthew or Michael have heard it all before and are here to ease your anxieties. So, where do I go from here?
•If you don’t have any plans in place, just ideas in your mind, then that is still ok. Please phone us and we will be happy to come and take a look and help with some suggestions
•If you have plans and are ready to obtain a quote, please phone our office, to organise an appropriate time for an onsite review
•If you are happy to proceed with a quote, then this can usually be provided with 10-14 business days, depending on the extent of the work
•Upon receiving your quote, Matthew will personally sit down with you and discuss all the variables and inclusions and make changes if required
•If you are happy to proceed with the quote, then a contract will be arranged, schedule of works designed and we will have ‘take off’
