Dear customers, family and friends
We hope that everyone is looking after themselves and loved ones at this time. Our customers' safety and that of our staff is important and we wanted to let you know what we are doing during the outbreak of Coronavirus.

1. Firstly, we are open and we are still happy to handle your electrical jobs. When we come to your house, forgive us for not shaking hands and we will also look to maintain proper social distance. You can still watch us work (if you want) but just not up close!

2. All of us at Love Electrical have been briefed about the signs and symptoms of COVID19. As with all Australians at the moment, any employee showing symptoms will remain at home. For added assurance for our customers, all employees are doing a temperature check at the start of every day.

3. We already wash our hands between jobs, however we will be more diligent. Every vehicle is now stocked with hand sanitizer and soap.

4. We can wear gloves and a mask if you would like - please do not be embarrassed to ask if this makes you feel more comfortable.

5. To give you some added reassurance, no one in our company has travelled outside of Australia in the last 12 months nor have we been in touch with people travelling outside of Australia.

6. We are happy to do work for people who are at home, as we arrive and before entering we will double check that everyone in your household is still well. We may need to postpone your work if there is anyone in your house with COVID19 symptoms.

7. We are in contact with other reputable and local electrical businesses - if we cannot undertake your work in the future, we will arrange for another local electrician to help you out.

Lastly, a shout out to all the local businesses - let's support as we can during this time!
