Choosing your pool finishes can come with a lot of decisions — having the right help makes all the difference

A lovely review for Sogand from our Sydney showroom, who helped Van select their pool and waterline tiles, and made the process that little bit easier along the way.

Feedback like this means a lot to our team, especially when one of our staff gets a well-deserved shoutout. Thanks for sharing your experience, Van!

Why does batch matching matter? It’s all in the details 👀

Even subtle variations between batches can become noticeable when adjoining finishes sit side by side.

That’s why we personally batch match the corresponding porcelain or stone pool coping and surrounds in your order, helping create a more consistent finish across your pool area.

It’s a small detail that can make a big difference to the finished result.

Pool mosaics, but beyond the backyard ✨

Set against Brisbane's skyline, this stunning residential development showcases just how versatile mosaic tiles can be across shared lifestyle and wellness spaces.

Our Luna 48mm mosaics feature throughout the fully tiled rooftop pool, while the smaller Luna 23mm format has been used across the wellness areas, wrapping beautifully around curved surfaces and architectural features. The soft, natural tones complement the architecture, while the smaller mosaic format allows the finishes to follow curves and create intricate detailing across different surfaces.

It's a beautiful example of how the right tile selection can bring consistency and character to multiple spaces within a larger development.

From private pools to multi-residential and commercial projects, we work with builders, architects and designers to help bring their tile selections to life.

A little wave of blue from South Australia! 💙

Our Gunmetal Blue Wavy 23mm ceramic mosaic brings a beautiful mix of deep blue and grey tones to this pool, with its subtle wavy surface adding texture and movement as the light reflects through the water.

The smaller 23mm format creates plenty of visual detail, making it a great choice for adding character to a pool without relying on a bright or heavily patterned mosaic.

A pool this size isn't what makes this project special.

It's everything around it.

For a property of this scale, the challenge wasn't creating a centrepiece. There were already plenty of them. Mature trees, expansive lawns, formal gardens, a pool house, tennis court and a beautifully restored heritage residence.

The pool needed to connect them all.

Stretching 12 metres through the landscape, the design creates a natural link between the home, outdoor entertaining spaces and pool house beyond. A generous swim-up bench seat encourages long afternoons by the water, while the integrated spa and surrounding gardens create places to gather, relax and unwind.

The result is a pool that feels completely at home within the broader estate. Never competing for attention. Simply belonging.

The best pools don't copy the architecture. They speak the same language.

Look closely at this Elsternwick home and you'll notice the same design language repeated throughout, such as the soft curves, sculptural forms, natural materials, restrained detailing.

Rather than becoming the hero, the pool was designed to complete the architecture: dark mosaic tiles, bluestone coping and a freeform edge that feels as though it has always belonged. Not a feature added to the home, but a natural extension of it.

Save this one for your own design inspiration, and tag someone who appreciates when every detail is considered.

Most people wouldn't have put a pool here. We saw a private sanctuary.

On a uniquely shaped Camberwell block, we turned an unusable front yard into a secluded retreat, anchored by a custom teardrop pool and spill-over spa that flow into one another in a single, unbroken curve.

White ceramic against Bisazza Tripoli black. A curvature theme carried through every detail, from the fence panels to the layered pavers. Play areas preserved for the kids, privacy and shade for the family. Low-maintenance, high-impact.

Gold winner, Best Concrete Pool up to $240,000, 2024 SPASA VIC Awards of Excellence. 🏆
