Organic, natural, unique.

Timber battens produce a striking appearance in interior cabinetry - the intricate grain pattern bringing a natural, dynamic texture to any space.

Tbuilt technique: Battens were individually edged and re-edged onto double sided Luft board, then back screwed with rebated grooves – thus creating these beauteous showpieces.

Crown cut, Quarter cut or a rotary cut?

Each Timber Veneer panel is one of kind as each tree has it’s own patterns 100% unique and will never be matched.

Bonding of 1mm thinly sliced leaf from a natural hardwood to a central core material creates the Veneer. This complex process uses the natural warmth and beauty of real wood along with the intrinsic pattern of a non-repeated woodgrain, differentiating Timber Veneer as the opulent choice in cabinets.

How a timber log is cut determines the grain pattern in veneer. Popular cuts include; crown cut, which have bold curves and ovals within the grain; quarter cut, which is characterised by a pattern of straight lines in the grain; and rotary cut, which is predominately used in plywood and creates a multi-coloured, swirled grain.

Timber Veneer achieves a high-end look with a durability and sturdiness that can deliver unique designs and functions. Solid wood is not very pliable, but veneered wood offers the opportunity for stunningly curved elements and other bespoke looks.

Elegant wood grains spliced into natural stone, draped in epic proportions, creates an interior rich in colour and texture giving a feeling of elegance.

Architects Rothelowman’s vision through design is clear at completion in TbuilT project Enclave for RCC Builders.

Luxurious living room entertainment units incorporate a fireplace, lighting and tech gadgets within the TbuilT joinery. Along with large stone slabs these joinery pieces add glamour to living spaces.

Further generously designed joinery items include butler’s pantries, entrance cupboards and bars, which complement and amplify the joinery norm and means TbuilT’s time on site has been very assiduous.

Please meet Machine #2.

Hi, my name is Machine #2. People call me M2.

I like to eat particleboard and MDF.

My favourite thing is chewing through 100 sheets every day.

My best friend is M1. She is a little faster than me, but I make up for it in consistency.
