This Bulimba home has had polyurethane on the floors for around 14 years — and they’ve seen more sunlight than a lifeguard at Bondi!

Over the years, that old polyurethane has gone full Trump orange.

Time for a fresh start. We’ve sanded them right back and this time the owners have gone with a beautiful matte finish, giving the floors a much more natural, modern look.

And most importantly, the lady of the house couldn’t be happier with the result.

What a difference!

These homeowners have been here for around 20 years and instead of spending north of $80,000 just to move — stamp duty, real estate fees and all the other costs involved — they decided to put some of that money back into the home they already love.

New kitchen, fresh paint and now the floors have had their turn.

We’ve given the old orange ni****ne coating the flick, brought the timber back to life and the owners have chosen LOBA Invisible Protection Matte for a beautiful natural finish.

✨ This Balmoral home has just been transformed with a stunning new kitchen, but the tired old timber floors were letting the whole renovation down.

We restored the floors with a full sand and finished them in Loba Matte, creating a beautiful natural look that perfectly complements the new kitchen.

With a brand-new kitchen already installed, protecting it was just as important as restoring the floors. We took extra care by completely bubble wrapping and protecting the cabinetry and surrounding areas before any sanding began, ensuring the kitchen remained in perfect condition throughout the entire process.

The end result is a seamless transformation where the beautiful new kitchen and freshly restored timber floors work perfectly together.

This Jindalee deck had definitely seen better days! After a full sand and three coats of Aqualis Decking Oil, it's been brought back to life and is ready to handle the Queensland weather once again.
