🏡 25+ YEARS LATER… WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🔥

This Mansfield home has just been given a serious birthday makeover! 🎉

The kids have grown up and moved on, and now it's time to freshen things up for the next generation of grandkids!

New kitchen ✅ Fresh paint ✅ And a stunning new matte finish on the beautiful mix of Ironbark and Brushbox floors!

We originally sanded and coated these floors in polyurethane over 25 years ago! Now we've brought them into 2026 with a fresh, modern look.

Same beautiful timber, a whole new chapter for this family home… and all ready to be trashed by the grandies! 😂🤣

🏡 FROM YELLOW & DATED TO LIGHT & MODERN!

This 1960s Oxley post-war home has had a complete change of life. 🙌

The original Camphor Laurel floors had that old yellow look, while the new extension had been laid with Spotted Gum — two very different timbers that needed to come together.

We sanded everything back, bleached the floors, applied a white stain, then finished them with a beautiful matte coating.

The transformation has completely changed the feel of this home — lighter, fresher and more modern, while still keeping the character of the original timber.

🏡 100 YEARS YOUNG – CAMP HILL

This beautiful Camp Hill home has just undergone a massive renovation, and at around 100 years young, she’s looking pretty good!

Our job was to bring the original timber floors back to their glory days… once we found them! 😂

The painters had kindly left us a little extra work with a generous coating of overspray across the floors. 🎨😜 But after sanding everything back, those beautiful old boards started showing their true colours again.

We finished them with a water-based matte coating, keeping the look natural while letting all that 100-year-old character shine through.

Not bad for 100 years young! 👌

Another beautiful piece of Brisbane history brought back to life. ❤️
