At our upcoming display, the kitchen is starting to take shape with cabinetry in place and stone installation underway.

With this space, we wanted to find a balance. Something that feels a little different from the standard, without overdoing it for the sake of making a statement. It's about how each decision comes together to create a kitchen that doesn't sacrifice practicality.

Two homes, two very different styles. A little site update from Salisbury.

With both homes nearing completion, we’re starting to see our clients’ vision for this double build come together. One takes a warmer, textural Hamptons approach with gold accents, while the other has a more modern, architectural feel with clean lines and black hardware.

Here, we’re taking a closer look at the finishing touches, with Daz on site fitting entry handles and staining the timber stairs.

Our team recently visited the Beaumont Tiles Queensland head office in Rochedale, spending some time in the showroom exploring their latest tiles, finishes and products.

Getting into the showroom gives our team a chance to see what’s new, revisit the range in person and stay across the latest finishes and product updates - all part of making considered selections for the homes we build.

Plenty happening at St Lucia. The frames are now standing on this significant 500sqm+ custom home, and the scale of the build is really starting to take shape.

This site's supervisor, Korbin, and one of our carpenters, Doug, talk through the progress on this challenging block, and show it’s such a rewarding one to work on.

A little update from our two Northgate builds.

You might recognise the first home from our walkthrough a little while back. Since then, plasterboard has gone up and the spaces are really starting to take shape.

Next door, we haven’t shown you home number two yet, but there’s plenty happening behind the scenes with rough-ins now underway.

Two homes, two different stages, and plenty of progress on site. We’ll show you more of both as they come together.

The kitchen is taking shape at our Zillmere site, with stone next on the list.

There’s a lot of planning that happens before cabinetry reaches site. Dimensions, finishes, appliances and installation timing all need to be worked through early, so every piece has its place when it’s time to install.

With those details considered upfront, the cabinetry can come together piece by piece.
