The final countdown is on to the BBX2026: LEGO® Fan Expo next weekend.

But this weekend, our builders are deep in the details, checking that every minifig has the right hair, all the dinosaurs have cleaned their teeth, all the LEGO train tracks are clear and ready to roll on.

Most importantly, packing everything up so it survives the trip into the RNA Exhibition Building in one piece... well, one deliberate group of thousands of pieces 😅

It's part of the skill and experience our builders have, but people rarely see.

Next weekend, it all comes together for an epic 2-day festival of LEGO awesomeness, and we cannot wait to show you what we've been building.

We're not the only ones celebrating a birthday this year!

While BrisBricks celebrates 5 years of BBX, another Brisbane institution has been marking a slightly bigger milestone: 150 Years of the Ekka!
