Join the award-winning Property Management team at First National Cleveland! We currently have a new opening for a friendly receptionist to manage reception & Property Management administration. We pride ourselves on a great culture with a fantastic team environment as well as ensuring we offer the very best in Property Management services.
This office is growing rapidly, and we’re striving for excellence in everything we do. The successful applicant will therefore need to have a great attitude and enjoy being part of an energetic team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
* Real Estate Certificate
* Experience in a real estate office essential
* A valid drivers license
* A positive and proactive approach
* Exceptional communication skills
* Customer focused priorities
* Reliability
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Outstanding negotiation skills
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Strong attention to detail
* Time management and organisational skills
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO):
* Welcoming clients & management of reception
* Managing incoming calls, including providing assistance & taking messages
* Coordination of all key collections, drop offs for tenants, maintenance requests & property management
* Coordination of lease administration & new leases
* Data entry & general information
* Typing of reports & letters
* Filing coordination, soft copies & archiving
* Key register coordination
* Provide colleagues with professional administrative support as required & other general reception duties
* Start date July
