Definitely not your average bathroom ✨

So much detail packed into this one.

A seriously beautiful bathroom, and one we’re grateful to have had the opportunity to tile 🤌

A lot of detail went into this one!

The herringbone feature wall was laid out first, with every cut carefully set out so the herringbone flows perfectly through the niche and surrounding wall.

A big job with plenty of time in the details, but the end result looks mint 👌

We loved how this turned out 👌

We can’t wait to see final installs and everything come together!

You can always tell when a tiler cared.

Not because they tell you.

Because before the first tile is permanently laid, every line has already been planned. Every cut considered. Every joint positioned with purpose.

That’s what these photos show.

The layout is what determines whether a bathroom feels balanced or busy. It’s the difference between a room that simply has tiles… and one that feels effortless from every angle.

This project features large-format tiles with carefully planned layouts, clean lines and precision throughout.

No shortcuts.
No “that’ll do.”

Just solid craftsmanship from start to finish 👌

Most people see the finished bathroom.

We see every decision that gets it there.

From the layout and tile placement to the mitres, grout lines, niches and falls - it’s the small details that turn great tiles into a bathroom that feels balanced, clean and built to last.

It’s not about doing more.

It’s about caring enough to do it properly.

Another bathroom we recently wrapped up👌

Full height tiling, large format tiles, recessed niches and a nice clean finish throughout the bathroom and separate toilet.

Appreciate the builder trusting us with another one ✨

Good tiling isn’t just about how it looks on day one.

It’s about the details you don’t always notice:

• Straight, consistent grout lines.
• Clean mitres and finishes.
• Falls that drain properly.
• A niche that lines up.
• A shower that’s built to last.

Anyone can lay tiles. Taking the time to get every detail right is what makes the difference.

That’s the standard we aim for on every job.

Thinking about DIY tiling? Here’s why getting it done professionally matters 👇

There’s a lot more to tiling than what you see in the finished product.

Correct preparation, waterproofing, falls and drainage, tile layout and adhesive coverage all play a part in making sure your space looks great and lasts.

When it’s not done correctly, you could be left with cracked or loose tiles, water pooling, leaks, failed waterproofing and costly repairs down the track.

At Coastside Tiling & Stone, we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and attention to detail from preparation through to the final finish.

Because doing it right the first time matters.
