A big part of why our technicians are so knowledgeable is making sure we never stop learning. 📚

The cooler months give us more time to build our knowledge and complete extra technical training. Recently, the LCM team completed an APAC training session focused on diagnosing faults, testing systems and completing repairs.

Air conditioning systems can vary greatly between brands. They can have different controls, fault codes and electrical requirements. Regular training helps our technicians work confidently across a wide range of systems in homes and businesses.

This is also important for the commercial sites we look after with existing APAC equipment. When an older system needs replacing, a like-for-like APAC solution is usually the most effective and most cost-saving option, because it often allows for major parts of the existing setup to be reused. 🔄

For our customers, this means better fault finding, clearer advice and a team that keeps building its skills.
