Dewpoint Group is pleased to announce that this $7m project with Hutchinson Builders has reached practical completion. The 90 bed facility includes clinical services for rehab, geriatric care, palliative care and interim care.
Dewpoint was responsible for the chilled water system, air handling systems and medical gas systems for the project.

Dewpoint Group is proud to announce the successful completion of our $2.7m contract with Buildcorp Group for the Peninsula Private Hospital Expansion Project.

The project included a new modular chiller plant incorporating air-cooled chillers and reverse cycle heat pumps to provide chilled and heating hot water for the project. The project also included 4 new Operating Theatres and Central Sterile Services Department.

Dewpoint Group is in the closing stretches of completing our $28m contract with Hutchinson Builders at 360 Queen St.

To accelerate the programme the rooftop plant room pumps, pipes and heat exchangers were prefabricated in three sections off site and lifted into place on site.

Dewpoint Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of our $7m contract for the world leading The University of Queensland's Plant Futures Facility with Hansen Yuncken.

The project comprised close control grow room research environments designed to mimic current and future Queensland climates. The roof top contains glasshouses in which temperature, humidity, daylight and CO2 can be varied.

Dewpoint Group is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Gold Coast University Secure Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit with BESIX Watpac.

The project included 40 bedrooms and provides a recovery-orientated environment for patients experiencing severe and complex mental disorders. Our $6m contract included the cutting over of chilled water for the building from the existing central energy plant. Careful design attention was paid to the selection and installation of the anti-ligature air grilles and diffusers.
