🔎 Key Inspections to Schedule:
✅ Site Prep & Slab Readiness
✅ Structural Frame & Services Check
✅ External Cladding & Waterproofing
✅ Pre-Finishes Walkthrough
✅ Final Defects Inspection

📋 Document Everything! If issues are found, put them in writing and get your builder to confirm the fix—no room for excuses later!

🔑 Before handover, do a final walkthrough. Don’t accept the keys if there are major defects and a time frame is provided to address the minor defects!

Our Dora Street renovation was featured in Brisbane’s and —but not for the reasons you’d expect... 🤔

🔥 Back in 2008–09, this Hendra home was ground zero for a string of wild “losing the bond” parties.
Tenants dragged couches onto the roof to watch Riverfire, trashed the place, and turned the street into a war zone.

💥 One party even ended in a fire that lit up Dora Street—and landed the house on the front page of the Northern News.

Fast forward to now, and you’d never know the history.

🏗️ We completely reimagined the home—turning chaos into calm, and wreckage into a warm, modern family retreat.
