Another timeless subway tiled bathroom and toilet. With this bathroom we basically had to reframe the bathroom because the frames were so far out of plumb. Which is important so that you keep nice even cuts on your tiles in the corners. It’s made the bathroom feel really roomy with the new layout.

With this renovation we removed all the existing tiles throughout the house and re tiled all the floors, removed and added some extra walls to give the house a more open plan feel, installed a new kitchen and butler’s pantry, new laundry, bathrooms, new internal staircase and painted the interior. Wow 🤩 what an amazing property.

I really like the timeless look of using subway tiles for a bathroom, or for a feature wall.

Another amazing wet style bathroom🤩 The original bathroom was demolished, we reframed the walls due to previous termite damage, packed all ceilings level, built bulk heads to hide pipe work and installed a new aluminium blade louvre.

Boy what a difference this renovation and deck has made to this property. It’s been transformed into a great family home ready for entertaining guests. With this project we added a 54sm deck, using composite decking and 150mm insulated roof panels which makes it low maintenance. We also added a new wet style bathroom and a new kitchen. 🔥🔥🔥

This is a beautiful extension keeping in with the style of the property, for dual living purposes. It was a challenging but rewarding construction being a limited access site. But as you can see from the photos it has really added value to the property.
