Lots of modifications have been done on the switchboard and meter box.
My old man taught me "We want a beauty after SAFETY!"
There were lots on cables joints inside the house, not just near the switchboard. The hidden risks may not be found if not digging deep, chopped live cables, screwed on cables, cracked cable insulation, exposed live conductors near foil roof insulation.

A cracked switch not only lead to switching issue but also Electrical hazard.
Moisture + Arc flash during switching=> Highly chance to get Zapped.
Get it replaced and stay safe!

Fault finding would take long as many thing could lead to the same issue.
Got tingles while cleaning the gutter, it may link to cable problem and faulty Safety Devices as no circuits tripped even short circuit happened.
Found this cable touching the metal roofing sheet, the cable was damaged by a roofing screw and caused the Live.

Windscreen occasionally act like a magnifying glass, concentrating sunlight onto a small area and creating intense heat that can melt plastic dashboard parts or even start a fire.
Leaving batteries or batteries built-in devices near the dashboard can be extremely dangerous as they are flammable "Fuel".

Hot Water System not working as it was?
May not be just related to electrical, lack of insulation around the water pipe would cause less efficiency and heat loss along the hot water pipe.

Is your switchboard still looking good? But the circuit breakers or safety devices trip occasionally? Better get them inspected by the professionals.

There are lots of wild animals want a warm resting place especially in the freezing days.
Possums and snakes are the common ones we come across during work, inside the ceilings or basement, insulation and cardboard are their famous blankets.
They may become aggressive if you wake them up.
Call the professionals for help if needed.



P.S. the possum was found passed away at last.
