A client called Formula Air due to a smell coming from their indoor unit. Upon investigation, the reason was due to poor service history. When an aircondtioning system is not maintained to a standard there becomes a build up of mould all through the indoor unit. This causes smells and it also causes the unit to run inefficiently which will bring up your power bill, costing you more in the long run.
