On Saturday, our projects team carried out the upgrade of a VRV system which serves an End of Trip facility in the CBD.

The new system is much more efficient than the old system (approx 30% power savings for the client) and provides a fresher look for the client and its users ❄️

Reactive Air Christmas Party was a blast! 🎉

We had a great day with Yot Club, cruising around the Brisbane river on Saturday and was great to catch up with everyone and celebrate another awesome year.

This week the team finalised the first stage of AC upgrades for one of our key customer’s restaurant, due to ongoing issues with the existing system.

Project takeaways:
❄️ Existing VRV system decommissioned, with new standalone ducted systems installed which provide contingency
❄️ All rigid duct work and flexible duct work has been upgraded for efficiency and to eliminate existing issues identified during service
❄️ All grilles upgraded including B frames, allowing future ceiling access

Everyone worked hard to get the job across the line, working in with our customer’s timing and glad to have handed it over before the weekend! 👌

Massive end to the week by our team - 3x 25kW split ducted systems were replaced for one of our commercial clients.

Works commenced on Thursday evening and all 3 new systems were installed & commissioned by Friday evening as planned.

Initially being requested to replace 2 of the 3 AC systems on site, which was quoted by another contractor, our proposal included a value-added option to replace all 3 systems as were all the same age and condition. This option was accepted, as it meant reduced overall capital expenditure for the landlord and less impact to the tenant ❄️

Same, same, but different!

This week, the team replaced two end of life Temperzone packaged units with new equivalent systems.

Equipped with digital scroll compressors, the new systems will provide the occupants with increased comfort and system performance.

Both the landlord and tenants are delighted with the new installations which is what we strive for! ❄️
