Junior Restoration Technician – No Experience Needed (Full Training Provided)About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Junior Restoration Technician to join our Murarrie-based team. No industry experience? No problem! We provide complete, hands-on training from day one. In this role, you will work alongside experienced mentors on the frontline, learning how to help local residential and commercial clients recover from water, mould, and storm damage. What We Offer

What You'll Be Doing (With Full Training & Support)
• Learn to respond to emergency water damage calls and safely assess property damage.
• Master how to operate specialised structural drying, water extraction, and dehumidification equipment.
• Assist with professional mould remediation, odour control, and property decontamination.
• Deliver empathetic, friendly customer service to clients navigating stressful property losses.
• Follow strict workplace health and safety (WHS) standards to keep yourself and the team safe.
What We're Looking For
• Experience: None required! We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Licence: Current manual Australian Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record (essential for driving the company van).
• Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, positive energy, and a reliable work ethic.
• Availability: Readiness to participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call roster once fully trained.
• Fitness: Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, moving equipment, and active hands-on work.
• Skills: Good communication skills and genuine empathy for clients facing a stressful situation.
