• MEET THE TEAM MEMBER •

Meet Breydyn or better known as Badke - our leading Tradesman. Breydyn is a familiar face around here and has been a part of the Ware Air Con family since 2023. Not only is he always smiling and providing good energy on a job site, he’s honest, hard working, reliable, knowledgable and eager to continue to further develop his skillset.

When Breydyn isn’t welding up a storm or crawling around in a roof, you’ll find him on a golf course with the boys or competing in a golf tournament ⛳️ having beers with the boys 🍻 or kicking the pavement training for marathons 🏃🏽

• What you love about working at Ware Aircon:
The thing I love the most is everyone here is my second family, wouldn’t change it for the world.

• Top 2 priorities when on the job:
My top 2 priorities when I am on site are making sure everyone feels they are valued and making sure the job is done to a high standard.

• Favourite smoko:
My favourite smoko by far is “The Loaf” 11/10 toasties


• 2 fun facts about yourself:
2 fun facts about myself are I can cook and I love me cricket.

• Favourite quote/motto:
When the goin gets tough, the tough get goin.

Badke is an integral part of the Ware Air Con family and we love having him around. He’s always up for a good time and can be found singing AND dancing to a bit of Olivia Dean on the weekends.

And yes ladies… he’s single 🙂

Shout to our apprentice and content creator, Josh. This Rugby season he captained the Norths Eagles to their first finals appearance in 34 years. Didn’t get the result they were after yesterday, but we know the whole club is proud of the team and we sure are proud of Josh at Ware Air Con. Onya Joshy boy!

Another big week wrapped up. Some residential fit offs, progress on a couple of our commercial jobs and a rough in for a reno 🙌🏼 Finished off with a team (+friends) lunch and beers at the pub for Breydyn Badke 🍻

• MEET THE TEAM MEMBER •

Meet Josh/Joshy boy our Apprentice and self proclaimed new content creator. Josh has been a part of the Ware Aircon family for almost a year, when he moved back from ripping up the rugby fields over in Japan. Since then he has proven what an asset to the team he is, with his hard work, positive energy, quality banter and can do attitude!

When Josh isn’t up a ladder or learning the tricks of the trade you’ll find him at the beach, camping, fishing, or training (Fun fact: Josh is the Captain of the Norths Eagles, premier grade Rugby Union team).

• What you love about working at Ware Aircon:
All of the boys and the big variety of work/places we get to go to! And we also have the best boss of all time!!

• Top 2 priorities when on the job:
My top 2 priorities on site would have to be ensuring everyone is safe and also making sure everyone has done their hair and makeup ready for me to film content and also making sure that Dan knows the Eels suck!

• Favourite Smoko:
My favourite smoko of all time is the toasties from The Loaf in Stafford!

• Two fun facts about yourself:
I am actually a Qualified Personal Trainer and I have a caffeine addiction.

• Favourite quote/motto:
It Ends, everyone is going die at some point, so why wait, go after everything you want. Because you never know when it will end.

We love having Josh as a part of our Ware Aircon family and can’t wait to watch him continue to learn and develop his fridgy skills! If you see him around, say hi 👋 he loves a chat and will probably tell you he’s the most photogenic person on the team.
