📋 Property address
📋 Lot and plan number (on your rates notice)
📋 What you're building and rough dimensions
📋 Any survey plans or certificates of title you have

That's usually enough to get started. We'll ask if we need anything else.

Getting carport plans in Brisbane. This is how it works.

Step one: send us your project details. Address, what you're building, rough dimensions. We'll confirm it suits a fixed-price plan.

Step two: we prepare your drawings. Site plan, floor plan, elevations, roof plan, framing layout, specification notes. Usually ready in 5 to 7 business days.

Step three: you take the plans to your certifier, they review and issue approval. Then you can build.
