Thank you for the professional installation of our three solar batteries and extra solar panels. From the first visit, when Brett came out to the house to advise on what would suit us, through to the finished install, the whole process was easy and hassle-free. We were thoroughly impressed with the workmanship and the knowledge the team shared. The installation was neat, they kept me informed throughout the day while I was working from home, and they tidied up completely when they finished. Leyton's property in Sheldon is now running on 85% self generated power instead of buying it from the grid. We just finished installing a complete solar and battery system on his roof. He wanted a competitive setup from a local crew who actually turns up when they say they will. Adding the battery means his family captures all that daytime sun to run the house long after dark.

This Brookwater home now makes 97% of its own energy and is on track to save over $117,000 on power bills over the next 20 years. We installed a Sig Battery, DC EV charger, Gateway backup and an extra 11kw of solar panels for Scott. We also secured over $6,400 in government rebates to help lower the upfront costs. We had Brett & the Team do a few upgrades at our place. Installed a Sig Battery, DC EV Charger & Gateway Backup, then we had them add another 11kw of Panels some months later. We could not be more pleased with their workmanship & communication throughout both projects. The system is amazing ... we've lost power from the grid a couple of times, the system has switched over to the backup without losing power. Our EVs now have the ability to be charged at incredible speeds & we've not needed to purchase power. If you have solar & battery needs, I'd highly recommend Connect Energy, the support they've provided is outstanding. 🙏🏼

Highly recommend connect energy for any solar or battery installation. They did our sigenergy 24kwh battery installation for us which was quick and prompt.Even with the warranty replacement of the sigenergy inverter, the team gave me a call immediately once they have received the replacement to make the change at a time of my choosing. Never had to call them about it and it was done within the hour. Highly recommend their expertise and service.

I am a NSW resident who owns a rooming house in Deagon, QLD. As part of the construction, builder installed solar panels but I was left exposed to night time use by tenants, so started looking into battery installation to compliment existing solar panels. I researched 3 companies, and reached out to them on a Friday afternoon. Brett (director) from Connect Energy was the first one to respond shortly after (and so far only one). Their consultant, Grant, called me next day, Saturday afternoon!. From the first moment of contact, giving quote to final installation and setup yesterday (2 week amazing turnaround), I was very impressed with their response, dedication, advice, service and availability. They liaised with the managing agent efficiently.Even if I had heard from other two companies eventually, regardless of pricing, Connect Energy would have been my choice. I researched well enough to know how much system would have cost, and Connect Energy actually beat that estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the region, their service and value are above and beyond. For an interstate investor line myself, good service is invaluable.
