The house I was working with the client on in Seven hills is getting closer top completion,
External glass balustrading installed, all the external scaffold is down.
The curved front parapet wall look great.
Inside is all ready for paint.
the cover to the pool has been removed, making way for the finishes to the inside and tiling to the pool areas.

Doing a few smaller projects.
1. Doing a bit of restoration and landscaping works in Highgate hill. getting all the big trades in Renders, painters and landscapers
2. Creating a enclosure for a client in Indooroopilly, 2 part for this, privacy and keeping nature or of his courtyard.
3. Installation of safety / grab rails for a client in Logan village.
4. Replace the timber fascia's on a pergola to a client in Ferny Hills.
5. install a glass twin glass door system into an opening for the Uniting church at Kangaroo Point.
6. removal of existing handrail for a set of stairs and install new wall and to incorporate an electrical fire place, sound bar and on the end is the remainder of the multi media system.

What a great start to the year we have had,
Working on a New build in seven hills.
Renovations to a project in Ashgrove,
Extensions and Reno’s on the project in Indooroopilly.
Removal and Install on balustrades in Tingalpa.
Works and repairs on a new house in East Brisbane.

Last 2 weeks on the heritage project at Indooroopilly.
All the doors to new opening installed.
Sliding wardrobe door systems completed.
New windows architraves and silss done.
All the architraves and skirtsings throughout the 2 buildings.
New ceiling and cornice to the hallway.

Darcy Rd works continue into the 3-5 week.
Pool cover done,
Underslab plumbing completed.
And the retaining walls are going up.

Starting a great new project at Darcy Rd, Seven Hills.
Site has been cut,
Pool dig has been done and completed.
