We started our next project today with pulling up the pavers to shoot some levels for the strip footings for the decking subfloor frame. Watch this space for more photos.

Bathroom & Laundry Reno

Bathroom and Laundry Reno completed.

We took this right back to frame stage, being an older home we needed to ensure the bones were intact.

We had the pleasure of removing these old treated pine decking boards.

We installed extra noggings so we could change the direction of the boards and so we could add the picture frame detail around it.
We are so pleased with the outcome come of this.

The timber framing underneath painted Black has added a great new detail and giving it a new lease on life.

This back deck over the pool is now ready for some entertainment.
