A position exists at Bowen Hire for an Administration Assistant
Applicants must have excellent communication, customer service and time management skills. Attention to detail is a must.
Applicants must also be self-motivated, flexible and have the ability to multi-task.
Applicants must be well presented and punctual.
Responsibilities include:
Accounting with MYOB including accounts receivable/payables, payroll, general bookkeeping tasks.
Filing
Point of contact for clients, customers and suppliers via email, phone and in person
Experience in similar roles would be advantageous.
Position would be casual to start with potential to part time of full time position.
