WE’RE HIRING – Administration Manager

Darcy Lowcock Plumbing is seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team.

This is a key role supporting our plumbing operations through scheduling, administration, compliance, and job documentation management.

What you’ll be doing:

* Scheduling and coordinating plumbing works
* End-to-end job administration
* Invoicing and general office administration
* Client, supplier, and team communication
* WHS compliance, SWMS preparation, and documentation management
* Maintaining accurate and organised job files and systems

What we’re looking for:

* Proven experience in a similar role within construction, plumbing, or trade-based administration
* Strong understanding of WHS requirements and SWMS documentation
* Solid experience with job scheduling and coordination
* Experience with CAD drawings and plumbing/building plans
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities across active jobs
