We recently undertook the job of replacing the internal timber walls of this ground floor property. The clients were extremely lucky they didn’t make their way upstairs. However they still left there mark on the ground floor.
Make sure you have annual pest inspections on your property to check for any evidence of activity so they be can be treated and damage like this avoided.
We constructed the new walls with termite treated timber. We also used a termite membrane between the slab and framework along with additional termite protection to all joints in the concrete slab and wall and floor junctions . control
