From dirt to gate. Manor Lakes, start to finish.
115sqm of concrete, exposed aggregate driveway, saw cut and sealed, with a new fence and custom gate to match. One crew, one point of contact, one finish.

Concrete, fencing and gate handled by the one crew — so the levels line up, the timelines line up, and there’s one person to call.
1️⃣ Site prep & box up
Area excavated to depth, base prepped and compacted before anything goes near it. Boxed up to line and level with the falls set to carry water away from the house.
2️⃣ Pour day
Concrete placed, screeded and floated in one continuous pour, no cold joints running through the middle of a driveway. Worked out to the edges so the finish is even end to end.
3️⃣ Expose the stone
Retarder washed back the next day to bring the aggregate through. Timing is the whole job here — too early and you blow the stone out, too late and it exposes patchy.
4️⃣ Saw cuts & seal
Control joints cut to spec so any movement goes where we put it, not through the middle of the slab. Then sealed to lock in the colour and keep oil and tannin stains out.
5️⃣ Fence build
Posts set, rails run and palings hung straight off the finished line of the concrete. Everything squared up so the fence and the slab read as one job, not two.
6️⃣ Gate build & install
Gate built to suit the opening, then hung, levelled and swing-tested on site. Custom beats off-the-shelf every time when the opening isn’t a standard width.
