Refurbishment works underway on this home in Olinda.

This stage involved replacing rotten mouldings and window beads, repairing deteriorated timber and restoring the exterior detailing before repainting. Some of the work was completed at second-storey level, with careful preparation to ensure the repairs blend seamlessly with the home’s original character.

It’s always satisfying bringing older timber homes back to life and leaving them protected for years to come.

More updates from this project to come.

Completed repairs to the lower section of these entry stairs, where the existing timber had deteriorated.

Removed the damaged section and carefully reconstructed the base to restore strength and support, ready for the painters to complete the finish.

This was a smaller repair completed alongside other works currently underway with the client on a separate commercial project.

Smaller repairs like this make a big difference to the safety and lifespan of entry points around the home.

Completed this shower replacement in Belgrave where the existing shower base had cracked and the flooring beneath required repair before installation could begin.

Removed the original shower, repaired the damaged flooring, completed waterproofing and installed a new shower base, fresh tiling and a new shower screen to finish the space properly.

During the project the client also decided to include a shower niche, which we were happy to incorporate as part of the install.

Finishes were selected by the client to suit their preferred style.

Plumbing completed by - great working together again on this one.

Another happy client and a solid result.

Installed a new shower setup on a farm property where there wasn’t one previously.

Using a mix of new materials and items already available on site, we created a practical setup so guests staying over can rinse off after working around the property or freshen up before settling in for the night.

Not every job needs to be fancy - sometimes it just needs to work well and serve its purpose.

Plumbing completed by - always great working together 🤝

“If you need a reliable, high-quality carpenter, I cannot recommend this business enough. Adam recently ripped out and rebuilt our entire shower and the craftsmanship is top-tier. Everything is perfectly level, the finishes are seamless and he always kept the space clean after each day. On top of being an expert in the trade, he’s punctual and works extremely hard.”
