Our LJT crew has grown to four, with Ross joining us as our Leading Hand Carpenter last month. Alongside Ross, you’ll find Lockie, our Builder & Director, Ryan, our 3rd Year Apprentice and Leyton, our Tradesman.

Recently, we welcomed the teams from Pro Clima Australia and Scholten Group to site to discuss the Pro Clima weather-resistive barrier system, best-practice installation, and how every component works together to create a high-performing building envelope.

Understanding the products we use is just as important as the way we install them. Taking the time to work alongside industry experts ensures we’re delivering homes built to perform for years to come.

✔️Rear deck enclosure with new bifold windows and decorative doors
✔️ New timber screening
✔️ New downpipes
✔️ New split-system a/c’s
✔️ Full tile roof restoration
✔️ Out with the old asbestos and in with the new gutters, fascia and soffits
✔️ New custom front landing, stairs and balustrading
✔️ Full exterior repaint
✔️ Reatoration on casement windows

Woody Point project update 🔨

The rear waterproof deck extension is nearly complete!

Steel is in and the new downstairs rumpus room is now all framed and we’ve started to install our WRB using the Pro Clima Solitex Extasana for long-term weather protection and performance.

Next up is the stair and landing framing, plumbing and electrical 👌

👀 Here’s a little sneak peek of our Zillmere project so far - from what started as an access ramp turned into a full exterior refresh. 🔨✨

New bifolds on the deck and new doors to lock - giving them some extra use on the deck year round. New stained hardwood stairs and deck screening, and now all the prep work for a full repaint is underway for that street appeal 👌🏠

Love seeing happy clients and a job grow like this. 🌱

Over at our Woody Point extension, this week footings, screw piers and the concrete slab went in ✔️

⏩ Coming up next week we move onto the structural steel and framing – where it’ll really start to take shape. 🏠
