This is our project in Edgeworth. 🏗️

The site has been stripped, with all topsoil, grass, and vegetation removed and exported. Sediment controls are in place, including sediment fences, coir logs, and a sediment basin. Bulk excavation has commenced, with material stockpiled ahead of export. We’ll be moving approximately 3,000 tonnes off-site by truck and dog.

This old parking area wasn't built to handle the load - contaminated fill, soft ground, and nowhere for water to go.

We're stripping it back properly. Exporting the unsuitable material, then rebuilding the parking area boxout with imported roadbase, stabilised with cement and compacted in layers to create a solid, long-lasting laydown area.

We're also installing a swale drain around the building to capture stormwater and redirect it away, protecting the site and reducing flooding risk from the ground up.

Big milestone on this project! 🚧

All the bulk and detailed earthworks, drainage tanks & sediment basins, and road constructions are done.

Just the final road surface to go. We've kept the site accessible in all-weather since day one.
