🌲🏠 💦Roof Leaks💦🏠🌲
Called out to a roof leak after the heavy rain this morning at a property in Rutherford
Which had caused damaged to the ceiling and leaking thru the light fitting.
Its a fair chance if your got vines growing over the roof and blocking the valleys and downpipes your roof is going to leak, the water has nowhere to run except dam up and track back inside the roof cavity.

If you have found your roof to be leaking during the rain this week feel free to give us a call and we will come and sort it out

This one is a property at Carey Bay that needed a few little improvements to obtain the certificate.
