✅ Soil temperatures are still warm, this allows the turf to establish its roots system.
✅ Reduced water usage. With the cooler air this means lower evaporation, reducing the amount of water needed, compared to the hotter days in Spring Summer.
✅ With cooling air temperatures but warm soil, these conditions are perfect for turf establishment.
