Proud to be sharing our recently completed Clovelly project which was a referral from a previous client This project started as a simple refurbishment of the upstairs area but quickly evolved into a full home renovation. Located at the front of a battleaxe driveway overlooking Gordon’s Bay access was restricted and challenging but we took great care to keep the neighbours happy whilst working around old sandstone footings with very sandy mortar. Both we and the client are absolutely thrilled with the finished project. We were lucky to work with such amazing clients Architect Klaus Carson Kelly Photography Valeria Valera

Our Balmain project as featured in The Local Project Transformed a well-loved terrace on a tight and sloped corner block.

The build involved the careful removal of an addition at the rear of the property. A skilful excavation enabled the creation of a basement level which now hosts a warm family room.
A new brick extension was built which wraps around the terrace’s rear and side allowing for more living space and outdoor access.

The dominant materials feature off-form concrete, faced brick and steel.

We worked alongside architect Studio Carson Kelly Studio Carson Kelly who reflects on the project ‘This is a confident family home - not built to compete with life but to enhance it,” Photography Felix Forest
