Our Balmain project as featured in The Local Project Transformed a well-loved terrace on a tight and sloped corner block.

The build involved the careful removal of an addition at the rear of the property. A skilful excavation enabled the creation of a basement level which now hosts a warm family room.
A new brick extension was built which wraps around the terrace’s rear and side allowing for more living space and outdoor access.

The dominant materials feature off-form concrete, faced brick and steel.
