Well that’s a wrap!! Winter 2026! Finished at 1:00PM 👌 I haven’t posted in ages due to loss of interest with Facebook and advertising my work. Everyone knows it’s good anyway and 80 percent of my installs are word of mouth.

But I have been installing one or multiple units daily - 7 days a week for months now. It’s been a pretty s**t year to be honest.

Feeling absolutely haggered from gut busting. This year I have met some great customers and met some great people, but this year I got pretty pi**ed off working for one particular person which affected me towards the end of the season. Between that and a terrible relationship with a woman. I will be glad to unwind and cut back down to 6days a week or possibly 5 days.

March 18 every year the phone rings off the hook and goes near dead silent on August 31. If you want a stress free installation, I highly recommend you call me in the off season (September 01, 2026 - March 17 2027).

Today’s job, Gozney Pizza Oven, Custom 5”-9” Stainless flue w/ Tray flashings. Picked a nice and easy job to complete winter.

Have you got a brick fireplace and want an insert?

I am an expert in these installations, and some require some very complex flue installations like rectangle stainless steel flues and custom register plates, In the Hunter Valley a lot of chimneys are very narrow and the flue kits the fireplace shops provide do not fit. We go to site and inspect throughly the inside of your masonary chimney to see which flue would be most suitable and tell you what unit needs to go in there. I come from 20 years of experience, your job will always go smooth with the right material.

Maxi-Heat prime 150 installed in a classic Newcastle Home in New Lambton Heights.

Had a existing in-built Woodfire that had severe damage from water ingress, installed new register plate and 150mm round to 200mm x 95mm rectangle stainless flue

Custom Roll over cowl made for the top of chimney to prevent water ingress
